1.该项目选址在云州区208国道沿线以东谢疃村以北，利用该公司成熟的市场运营系统，同时引入现代化的机器人产业，该项目将成为一个集特色农副产品交易、智能化机器人加工、冷链机器人配送、仓储、价格形成、信息传播、品牌展示、电商孵化、农产品体验、农产品认证培训、文旅（三农）为一体的场所，且具有理货、储藏、加工、配送、结算、小微金融服务、展示、培训、文化体验旅游相结合的科学管理和配套服务的现代化线上线下相结合的批发市场和物流基地及商业服务中心。建成后将成为大同市云州区最大的以农业产业为核心的三农商业、文化、旅游综合体，城市新区的地标建筑，晋北乃至全国最大的杂粮交易展示、交流、体验中心。

2.项目建设内容及规模：该项目属于新建项目；项目建设规模拟定占地面积500亩分两期开发，一期200亩，二期300亩，总建筑面积435955㎡，总投资20亿元人民币。主要建设：（1）交易区，晋北地区最大的杂粮、农副产品交易中心、水果、蔬菜、水产及冻品、综合交易大厅；（2）冷链物流区，4万吨级冷库、冷链车辆、调度室、智能化停车场；（3）智能机器人加工配送区智能机器人加工配送中心、自动化机器人产品包装中心；（4）农产品研发体验中心，农产品研发教育培训中心、会展体验中心、农产品认证检测中心；（5）电商避免影响后期的检测实验数据失真孵化中心，农产品电商集聚大厦、农产品电商孵化中心、电商物流集散中心；（6）文旅中心，星级酒店、特色农副产品购物中心；（7）配套商业，包括专家公寓、三农商业大厦、沿街配套商业房（银行、餐饮等）；（8）公共设施，包括办公行政综合楼（含办公、安全监控、检验检测、电子结算等）、垃圾处理中心。
